Committed to QualityIn a dynamic industry undergoing many changes, total quality management now ranks second on a long list of industry priorities. Environmental concerns rank first.
Product quality has always been important at Ruetgers-Nease and for a very good reason: no business can be successful if product quality is ignored. However, the new emphasis on quality extends far beyond products to encompass every facet of our operation. Like many other companies, our strategy is to earn preferred supplier positions through continuous quality improvement at all levels.
One definition of company leadership is "setting the standard for others to follow." Our goal is to serve as a benchmark in the competitive fields in which we operate, thereby setting the standard for our competitors to follow.
While we are always mindful of the need to implement new industry standards as quickly as possible, our goal is to ensure that we maintain a state of quality consciousness throughout our company. We accomplish this through mindful behavior and attention to detail rather than through checklists. After all, it's the customer's satisfaction that really counts.
Quality PolicyOur goal is Total Quality performance to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all our customers.
We plan to achieve this goal by applying the principles of Total Quality in all aspects of our company's business through the effective use of our resources and by continuous improvement in our products, our services and in our personal skills.
