Analytical Services and Process DevelopmentRuetgers-Nease Corporation provides its contract manufacturing customers with modern and sophisticated quality control analytical support. Around the clock, under the watchful eyes of highly trained professionals, our customers' products are manufactured to exacting specifications.
Personnel
Analytical Development: Four (4) Chemists experienced in GC, GC/mass spec., and HPLC methods development; forty (40) years combined experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Quality Control: Seven (4) Technicians and Two (2) Supervisors, experienced in the quality control analysis of custom chemicals, pharmaceuticals and agricultural chemicals including pesticides using HPLC, GC, and wet methods; twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week coverage.
Instrumentation
(12) Gas chromatographs, including 5HP 5890s and 4HP 5790s.
(10) HPLCs, including five (5) variable wavelength detectors, conductivity detector, Waters 990 photodiode array detector, two (2) autoinjectors, and two (2) ternary gradient pumps.
(1) HP 6890 MS detector and gas chromograph.

(1) Mettler autotitrator and three (3) Mettler KF titrators.
